Depends on the type and amount of bleeding.
It might not be fatal, or it could be a matter of a few minutes.

It depends on where the bleed is precisly and the amount of blood loss. Also, if it is internal, or external, like a gunshot wound.
Some bleeds, like ulcers, may heal on their own...other problems could leave you dead very rapidly. If you really want to get picky, it also depends on the condition of the individual. If they are comatose they may survive longer, if their blood pressure and pulse are up and they are in a high alert or panic condition they are likely to bleed out much sooner.

I don't know but I just came back from a funeral earlier where a friends husband died of intestinal bleeding. He was in the hospital for a couple of weeks.
