what sould i buy, rock band or guitar hero 3?

i have played a demo for both.
I would say rock band is better and more worth the money. guitar hero is about $70.
Rockband is about $170 but u can play as guitarist, vocals, and drummer. the game is 60, the guitar and drums is 60 (if sold sperarte) and the mic i s3. 60*3+30= 210-170= u save 40 bucks.

rock band if you have enough money. It's $170, and GH3 is $100, so rock band actually has more value. But i think Gh3 has a better setlist. Loyal fans should stick with GH3, and eperimentalists and casual players with a lot of friends, should get rock band. I heard that though in the main game, Gh3 has more songs, there's tens of songs available for purchase on marketplace for rock band.

My daughter, who has played both, says "Rock Band" is good but a lot more expensive than "Guitar Hero III".

DUH - GET BOTH!!!

Guitar Hero 3 is great... it has built upon the past... and it is better, downloadable content rocks.
$100 bucks for a good guitar and game good deal.

Rock Band has more components, fun for solo or group play, has a good setlist, and 170 bucks for guitar mic and drums is a good deal too.

Dont fight over which one is best, acknowledge they both rock, and have some fun with both of them.

if you have no one else to play with i would go with gh3.

but if you got other people to play with i would definatly go with rock band...it looks pretty fun
