Recycle soap scraps into new soap bars. Place the scraps in a saucepan, cover with water and allow to soak for 24 hours, giving an occasional stir. Bring to the boil, remove from heat and add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to each cupful of the soap mixture. Pour the mixture into suitable moulds and allow to harden for two weeks before use.

Do you have to make bars or just want to use them up. You can put them in a cotton sock and tie a knot and use in the bath or shower works great for using up all those little pieces. also heard you can put in a pump bottle with water and use at the sink.

Yes I do. Throw them out and buy new bars of soap. The effort is not worth the pennies.
