No. 40 million dollars might cover a bad debt such as an investment or a gambling debt on earth, but selling your soul is gambling also and that debt can never be settled. It would last for an eternity.If you could add interest to 40 million dollars over eternity we do not have a calculator big enough yet to calculate that.

If a man told me he was the devil and had $40,000,000 in cash to offer for my soul, I would agree readily. I would make a legal contract before he was sent to a nut house. Souls and devils do not exist, so I would sell my soul to anyone for a few bucks. The best I have done with such nuts is to see one on a bus pull out a wad of cash and toss $10 and $20 bills all over the place.
