A little upset-talk to no one.Moderately angry-words fly like whoa.Really angry-not only words fly but whatever is in my hand.

When im agree. hmm...

I just say what im angry about under my pillow in my bed. Close the door and everything. It is not good when I get angry. I also punch walls. lol

Sometimes I cant control myself. I go berserk, seriously. But my anger only lasts for a day then subsides.

Rarely, I write freestyle raps on what caused me to get angry.

I listen to music and do some h/w or read a book. If I get really angry I'll go to my chicks and just hang with them for awhile.

If you can sub statute the word anger for the word frustration you will be able to deal with it better. Nobody ever really gets angry just something happens that frustrates them.

I used to take out my anger on the person nearest to me.

Now I direct it toward the source, and generally toward those in high places who make life miserable for hard working people.

I enjoy writing caustic letters to express my inner most feelings when I feel I was cheated.

I never resort to violence or vulgarity.

when i get really awfully mad and seeing red, i used to punch holes on my cardboard bookshelve. i recently disposed of it after nine years because it doesn't resemble a bookshelf anymore (and i need space).

now that that's gone, i scream into my pillow. very seldom, i get to binge. i binge only if food was in front of me and i got provoked.

and this year, i've gone balooney a couple of times, courtesy of my boyfriend. i don't go to the extend of harming myself by cutting my wrists. but i do hurt myself sometimes to just snap out of it, to feel the pain physically instead of mentally and emotionally.

it's crazy but i've my boyfriend convinced i need anger management. he doesnt realize that he's the cause though.

I run with my dog. The running helps me calm down and out things in perspective and having my dog there is nice too! =]
