We didn't have money to obtain anything to hide. I worked from the time I was old enough to walk into the garden and pick bugs off the veggies. Never heard anyone say, "I'm bored". We were too busy or tired to think about it. But my Mom was a great cook, we always had food and love, and we were a happy bunch of kids.

Didn't really hide anything.
Honesty is the best policy..I did some f****d up stuff, but I generally told my parents. They often didn't like it...but always knew they could trust me (if that makes sense). I have always know my own mind, very well, and if I am going to do something, I am going to do it, regardless...but I always respected my parents enough to keep them informed....so they at least were never shocked in public when they were told things! lol

Belts; the paddle ball paddle (after the ball became detached); my butt (with a magazine); cigarettes, weed, pipes, love letters from gross chicks; my middle finger (not in my a**); little stuff that I stole; and I flushed a set of keys once when I was 4. (Forgive me father, for I have sinned!)

Chocolates and candy and snacks... my mom would always find the wrappers under my bed, so I had to get better at hiding them. We used to get a few everyday, but we still wanted more :) So when there were guests, my mom would find that we had emptied out the whole stash.
My brother and I werent allowed to read my mom's digest, so we would wait till she took her afternoon nap and then sneak them from under her pillow, read them and then place them back.
We were also not allowed to watch late night movies, so we used to sneak peep from our inch-open bedroom door, till my mom changed the position of the TV.
I hated drinking milk, so I used to hide my cup from them and tell them I finished it.
Oh, you reminded me of those days.... :)

...anything I could...they were strict and somewhat puritanical...they were loving, but not very open minded and I was a child of the 60's...so, I learned how to be an "artful dodger" early on

Food mostly - my parents are the 'no eating between meals' type so I always used to sneak some upstairs!
