Yes, you are too young.
Please wait until you have a stable job, a place of your own, and a husband.
Otherwise, you're going to be stuck in government housing getting a welfare and child support check every month.

yes you are too young to be a mom. if you want to be the BEST MOM you could be, wait til you get your education so you can afford to give the baby what it needs and deserves from both the money you can make with your education and YOUR WISDOM you can give from your life experiences. being a mom is something most girls yearn for, sepecially those who have always had younger ones around but it would benifit you AND YOU FUTURE CHILDREN to get a good solid education and money coming in first. preferably money from a job that offers medical insurance because a lot of hospitals treat those patients better than those without insurance. take care and God bless you.

I think people should wait until they are at LEAST 21. How can you raise a child when the law isn't even going to trust you with alcohol? Why should it be legal for teens (kids) to be reponsible for another life? I do know that there are a few individuals who are responsible before the age of 21, but there are some things that only time and experience can teach you to mature.
How old are you anyways?

How old are you? Everyone goes on and on about how it's bad to be a young mom but once it happens all their complaining doesnt really do much so you should ignore all of that. If you are asking because you are planning on having a baby this early.. you should probably wait a few years.

well i believe you should be married, unless your like adopting but thats totally your choice. and my mom got pregnant with me at 16 had me at 17. I love having a young mom but it was REALLY hard for my mom and she was married and had someone that would stick with her and take care of us. You could but i mean, it would be unbalieveable hard, my mom didn't ever graduate high-school, so... and it's different for everyone. Family Suport will also be an amazing help so you should probably talk to them about it and stuff, its a big deal. and remember to also think about the Child and how it would effect them.

But on one of your other questions you say you are christian. I don't know about that religion but doesn't it mean you have to be married to have children, let alone have sex. I only looked to see how old you are. And i think you are 15, im not sure. But if you are then yes you are too young. Im 15, 16 in 2week and pregnant. Believe me it isn't easy being pregnant never mind having the child. I have a while to go yet and i can't wait to just get it out. And with all things people say behind your back. It's no easy ride

Definitely why would you even think of having a baby while you are in high school. There are dozens of reasons not to have a baby and hardly any to reason to have a baby. You have plenty of time to have children after you get your education. If you are pregnant now you have to make some big choices, if not don't even think about trying to get pregnant.

If you can work and still go to school, and the baby's father pays his child support (Which he will HAVE to if it is court ordered) there is no reason that you cannot keep your baby. Just try not to rely on public assistance too much. It is OK to have help with daycare and medical, but for daily monetary support I believe that if the mom is able-bodied, she should work to support her child.
I just wanted to add that even though I am married, I am working 3 jobs right now because my husband has been laid off since June and I don't want to go on food stamps or public assistance.
Come on people. If she is already pregnant it is too late to tell her that she is too young. I know some teen moms that are better mothers than some in their 30's. I hate people with holier-than-thou attitudes!

Are you wanting to have a baby or be like a mother to your younger sister? Either way, it's up to you to be a good mom and not give up.

ur too young. i think unless u r able to financially take care of urself, have ur own place, and are under the legal age limit of drinking i think u should wait to have kids.
it doesnt mean ur wouldnt make a good mom, i just think taking care of ur sister is diffrent then pushing out a baby and spending the next 18 years taking care of it!
