had to withdrawl with a 4.0 and I know I can't go back to that school but wonder if I have been blacklisted against other schools and hospitals. I don't think I will feel satified until I do it and have been depressed since I didn't make it through. I also thought about doing cna or lpn first any ideas.

If you had a 4.0 before withdrawing, you should even still be able to go back to the same school, if you wanted to. Withdrawing isn't failing. I'm glad you got through your problems, and good luck for a wonderful future.

No way...Not blacklisted. Educational institutions know that people have personal lives and problems. A 4.0 is awesome. Go back They will be happy to have you. Don't be afraid. You can totally do it. I did the same thing. Now I have a Msters Degree and am Licensed...DO IT>>GOOD LUCK!!!!
