Typical time is around 14-16 weeks, but it doesn't always immediately stop. For many women it tapers off gradually before going away.

And for a few very unfortunate mothers, it continues all 9 months until the baby is born!

What I was told that morning sickness stops around the end of your 3rd month. But that is not always true. Some ppl get it through-out their entire pregnancy, some for only a couple of weeks. It just so happens that mine stopped at the end of my 3rd month. But every woman is different and there will never be a same pregnancy. So its up to your body on what it wants to do.

Good Luck.

Morning sickness begins around week 6 of pregnancy, peak during week 8 or 9 and wane after week 13.The main cause of morning sickness is a combination of issues related to the chemical changes your body is going through. This varies from person to person. I know of people who had it for a few weeks, and I know of people who have had it throughout their entire pregnancy. For most it dissipates after the first trimester, but again everyone is different. If you are taking prenatal vitamins and seem to be getting sick after taking them, try taking them at bedtime. I had that problem for the first four months, I started taking my prenatals at bedtime and was no longer sick throughout the day. Again, I stress that every person is different. If it is a severe problem and you are losing weight or losing your appetite much more than normal, talk to your doctor and he/she may be able to prescribe something to help with the nausea so you may eat and get the nutrients you and your baby need. I wish you the best of luck!

I had severe morning sickness( it was every day, all day long) that lasted the first 4 months and then after that off and on until I delivered. It really depends on the person. Every woman and every pregnancy is different.

It depends. With one child I had morning sickness all day long for 3 mths. With the other I had none at all. My daughter just had a baby and while pregnant she had morning sickness all day long for almost 5 mths. It just depends. Keep dry crackers near you all the time and drink plenty of water. Try to take your prenatal vitamin at dinner time with food, or at bedtime with a snack. Good luck!

It just depends, there's no magic number. I never had morning sickness with my daughter but I had it with my son throughout the whole pregnancy and it was all day and night too.

There is no set time. It is different for every woman. Mine stopped at around 22 weeks.

it all depends, everyone experiences something different. i occassionally experience morning sickness and i am 5.5 months pregnant. what helped me was mints, ginger ale or a flat coke, crackers or very salty chips.
i wish you the best.
