You're ex is not moving on because he is a little boy. He would rather quit his job and pay low child support payments than to be a "man" and step up to the plate. Don't ask how HE could quit his job. Ask how YOU can support you're child(ren). Sorry hun, but the plain cold hard truth is some men (boys) out there are just plain selfish and it's up to us women to play both roles. Check into food stamps, medicaid to supplement you're income. In the meantime, get on you're internet, look up you're states legal forum, read CLOSELY at what kind of paperwork you will need to file to garnish his wages. Make a plan for you and you're babies. It's a crime not to pay child support and he will recieve jail time for not doing so. You can do this. Power up Girl.

Do you have a lawyer? I would get one and get the child support started. You will need one to get this done right. He quit his job to lower his support? Sounds like a great father.
