If there is active bleeding accompanied by pain, I would go into the hospital immediately! If it is blood clots that you are concerned with, please read the following information.

Clotting during pregnancy is a very common situation that usually requires treatment through a high risk Obstetrician. Usually they will put you on an injectable blood thinner daily such as heparin to prevent the clots from forming and hurting the baby. Most likely the clotting was the cause of your previous miscarriages yet you may not have been aware of that at the time. Talk to your doctor and see if he/she recommends a high risk doctor or if he/she is able to treat it accordingly. I wish you the best of luck, but do not fear hon I would be concerned also even though I know that pregnancies with blood thinners tend to go just as smoothly as a normal one only with closer observation. God bless and good luck!

Go to the emergency room right now. It sounds like you are having a miscarriage and blood clots are not good to be having. You can hemmorrage during a miscarriage and bleed to death so go to the hospital immediately for your sake. I am sorry that you are going through this. It is possible the baby is still okay but even then bleeding in pregnancy is never a good thing.

Go to the ER. If you are indeed having a miscarriage they might have to give you a Rogham shot (If you are RH- and your partner is RH+). They should do an ultra sound to check for a heartbeat. Did your doctor check your progesterone levels? If they are too low it will cause repeat miscarriages, but there are treatments for that.

cool down... you're high quality. it rather is not a clot, a minimum of not in the experience of something that is going to break you. Blood out of your era ought to've dried on your underclothes, subsequently performing darker. additionally, if it rather is in direction of the tip of your cycle, blood that has left the uterus yet not made it each of how out of the vaginal canal will start to "dry" (for loss of a greater acceptable notice) and swap brownish. This finally exits. with the aid of fact it rather is not freshly bleeding blood, it comes out as a darker, brownish blood. at times even an entire day passes till now this occurs, and you think of your era has ended. i in my view don't be attentive to what the scientific term for all it rather is or what reasons it, even nonetheless it occurs to me often. I only determine I positioned on panty liners 3 days after i think of my era is achieved, and frequently, I capture those "brown clots" you're conversing approximately. not something to be worried approximately... I disgustingly talk with those issues as "leftovers". only yet another relaxing element of being lady.

I hope that you have already left for the Hospital... Dont wait for 4 days, if you are still there.
Instead of panicing at home, you need to know what is happening with you and a doctor needs to see you.
Best of luck with whatever it is and hope you come back home, with a peace of mind :)
Take good care of yourself.
