If you can get an authentic Philly Cheese Steak, it's one of the greatest sandwiches in the world. The steak is sliced very, very thin and fried quickly on a griddle. Grated cheese and fried onions (cut narrow so they get all soft and look like spaghetti), bell peppers if you like them, and that unique BBQ sauce that the best places in Philly use. I suspect it's real similar to what I do mixing Sweet Baby Ray and ketchup 50/50.

They both sound good. I can't decide.
Hmmmm.. I just had a Philly Cheese Steak the other day, so I'll guess I'll go with the cheeseburger. Well done, French's mustard, Heinz Katchup, lots of Heinz dill pickle slices, and onion, very thinly sliced, please.
Could you toast the bun, also.
Thanks.
