Adolf Hitler wanted everyone to have blue eyes and blonde hair, yet he was brown haired and brown eyed. Why did he wish to enforece the "Perfect Race" if he did not fit the standards himself? What did he plan to do about the fact that he was not fit for the "Perfect Race"?

He did not plan to do anything about the fact he didn't fit. He didn't have to since he had everyone under his sway essentially. The simplest answer is that he was a megalomaniac.

Within every "race" there exists variety. Hitler believed that the Aryan "race" was the perfect race and the presence of blonde hair and blue eyes was a physical manifestation of the purity of blood but that didn't mean that brunettes or people with brown eyes were not members of the most "perfect race."

Among whites, there existed a hierarchy. It's been awhile since I looked at my books or notes so I can't tell you exactly what they all were but, for instance, Poles were at the bottom/near bottom of that pyramid despite the fact that Poles typically have fair hair and eyes. It was all based on pseudo-science which isn't science at all. They took head measurements, used an eye color chart, etc. to determine if one was Aryan. If you doubt the lack of science involved, my head measurements and eye color are on those charts and I am, most certainly, not Aryan. The whole exercise was to unite the German working class behind him.

The country of Germany against the world? Come on!!!, that's quite an undertaking. In order to accomplish this Hitler needed solidarity. No he did not have blonde hair or blue eyes but this was a common trait of the Germans. Through making this statement and constantly bombarding the Germans with this belief that they were "The Perfect Race" would convince/brainwash them into believing it and ultimately move them to declare war on the entire world.

Hitler wanted everyone to have blonde hair and blue eyes? Just because propaganda pictures and paintings showed blonde young men didn't mean that all 'aryans' have that phenotype.
What he envisioned was more than hair colour.
This is where books come in handy.... You could even try reading Hitler's own books.
But yes he did fit his 'standard'. Your genes make you 'aryan' not the colour of your hair. The only thing missing was the blonde hair because he did have blue eyes.
And it was the 'Master Race' not the perfect race.
Poles weren't at the bottom of the racial hierarchy, Australian Aboriginals were.

Maybe he just wanted to be known as the guy who tried achieve perfection of the human race. He never said he was perfect. He experimented with so many mind expanding & altering drugs, that it's hard to say what was going on in that mind of his. He was smart enough to know that if a group of souls leaves in mass, then they also must return in mass!

No, he didn't fit his "Perfect Race" standards, but he was able to recruit enough evil soldiers to wreak havoc all across Europe.
