On the 2400 point SAT, this score would put you in the mid-60th percentile in 2006.

There is no such thing as a 1612. Scores only come in increments of 10.

A 1610 would be around 62nd percentile so you would be among the top 38% who took the test. It's a score that would be OK for most state schools but isn't particularly competitive.

Depends on what kind of college you want to get into. Ivy Leagues? No wayyyyyy.
