B Kevork, he surely didn't "coin" the term, LOL...you must be joking,

and it's still being implemented and the phrase "NWO" is still being used,

though not here in America with all the controversy with what our government is planning to do.

You are right regarding all three questions .The sea treaty
which you are referring to is called the United Nations
Convention on the Law of the Sea ,and that particular
treaty as well as the United Nations are both threats
to United States sovereignty .You should read William T.
Still's book entitled " New World Order:The Ancient Plan
of Secret Societies ".The New World Order is a phrase
that has been used to describe a world government
for years .

No and No, and No, again.

After the end of the Cold War, the world was left without the Capitalism vs Communism alignments that it had gotten used to. Bush I fatefully coined the phrase 'New World Order,' to describe an alternative to that state of constant non-shooting war in which nations respected eachother's sovereignity, resolved thier disputes peacefully, and, where that failed, banded together to stop agressors. Gulf War I was to have stood as an example of what the New World Order could do. It did, it stood as proof that the New World Order couldn't unseat even one evil dictator.

With the NWO essentially stillborn, the competing paradigms, today might be summed up as 'unipolarism' (the USA vs the world), 'multipolarism' (Russia, China, the EU and others vs eachother and particularly vs the USA), and 'globalism' (Multinational Corporate Global Plutocracy vs Fanatical Gaianist Environmentalist Luddites).

Or, in the short form: civilization is doomed.

Our senate has already passed the LOSTSEA TREATY. It will soon be up for congress to vote on. It will submit America to the UN. (you and me) Bush said he would sign it into law when the congress passes it. The UN will be controlling America in all areas including a World Tax on you and me. The UN will be the ruling factor of this one world. The UN is siding with the Middle East Money mongers. We will no longer be a sovereign country Reagan refused to sign it and we all know how that went. He was lucky to survive All true Americans should write to their congressmen and say NO_

Yes, it will be headed by the UN.
I'm not sure; but I think that's what Daddy Bush spoke of.
Not many Republicans support the New World Order.
But..... ALL Democrats wants the UN TO RULE.

Ha, the UN couldn't head a boy scout troupe.

And if trying to spread democratic style government to the uncivilized is bad, then the world needs more bad.
