That's not a qualifier for a mortgage. They wouldn't even be asking about disabilities on an application.

It is illegal to discrimate for disabilities. The law works both ways. You have the same criteria as the rest of us.

You are protected by the ADA and they cannot descriminate against you for your disabilty. In fact, its none of their business.
