Do you go out when it's raining or do you stay home and cancel plans? Rain is a bit discouraging for me, but I would still go out.

Depends on the mood I am in.....Some days I love the rain, It reminds me of when I was little and we would dance in the rain on the warm summer days!
Other days I hate to even look outside it makes me kinda depressed.......When it looks so dreary.
So, I guess it depends on the day as to weather I would stay or go.

no cancel plans because of sicknesses you can get even if your fully protected from the rain

It would depend on if I had to go out or not. I personally love snuggling up with a good book and blanket on rainy days. Very relaxing for me.

I would still go out if it was raining, unless where I'm going is outside. If it's indoors then of course I'd still go.
