Maybe be more specific. quality of life? cost of living? air quality? favorite?
there was a recent cnn poll on the 'favorite' or most liked, about a month ago.. charleston was #10.
there was also one about best cost of living this past week. Pittsburgh, Portland, Atlanta (I disagree) were a few I remember seeing.
I know Wilmington has gotten a lot of good press in the past year for quality of life.
Define some parameters...
