Definitely Nora. Pretty name.
My second favorite is Rory, but only if used as a nickname for Aurora or Aurelia. I also like Layla (or Leila) and Lola.
The others, Kailey and Harley, aren't really my type.

Layla (or Leila) and Lola would be my second choices, and I like Rory as a nickname, but find it a bit too informal as a given name. You might consider Lorelei, by the way, as it easily offers up the nicknames Rory, Lola or Lila (Layla can be said LIE-la as well, so obviously similar). Just a thought!
Harley and Kailey are just too masculine and/or trendy for my taste, and seem quite a departure from the more classic, feminine options on the list.

Nora. Its so pretty and i highly suggest that!!!.. if you go with rory you should have that be a nickname for lorelie (lore ah lie)and layla for alayshia(ah lay sha) and i like kailey spelled kaylee but thats also a beautiful name!
