ok well me and my friend liked this guy for a long time and finaly he asked me out but i said no because i didnt want to make her mad so he asked her out and she said YES!
yea well i got over that part but me and him hang out but only when my friend is there.... and today he came over just me and him and we were just talking and he kept like putting his hands on me and rubbing me.. he sat down then pulled my pants off ... But OF COARSE I PULLED EM BACK UP.. but still then when he left he tryed to kiss me but I wouldnt i dont want to hurt my friend WHAT DO I DO??

He asked you first and you said no...and now he's putting moves on you. He obviously doesn't respect your friend as much as it takes for a relationship but then again, he doesn't respect you either. He took off your pants!? For a guy to do that is just wanting some pleasure and no real relationship. If you want a relationship only based on sex go for it but if you want a deep relationship, never go for someone like this. Just imagine the STI's (they changed it from STD to STI for sexually transmitted infection) he could be carrying. There is no test for HPV on males and it causes cervical cancer in females. It's a very very common STI.
And regarding your friend. Wouldn't it hurt more for her to find out by some other way and then possibly hurt your friendship. I would tell her because it wasn't you that made the moves on him, he was going after you. Tell your friend what happened as a friend that cares for her and her relationships, hoping that she can have a fulfilling healthy relationship and not one with a guy that will pull her friends pants down, becoming that horney stareotypical guy that gives the good guys a bad name.

Whether or not you tell your friend depends on how into this guy she is. Will she believe you? Will he deny it? Will he turn it around? Will she just think you are jealous? What ever you do don't let this player into your pants. He is showing you exactly the type of guy he is. If he really cared for you he would break it off with your friend and ask you out, NOT just try to get into your pants. Don't meet with him alone, don't let him seduce you. Even if he does break up with your friend consider the fact that he was trying to get into your pants. What type of friend does this? Surely he only wants sex. If he comes around let him know that you are not interested and remind him that he is with your friend.

Ok.. first tell your friend what has happened..
then if she doesnt beleive you.. you have to find a way to show how much of a pig he is because he is playing both of you guys.. and personally i wouldnt handle it.. but you really need to tell your friend what is going on.. cause if you dont the guy is going to end up turning it around to make you look bad.. you know what i mean.. and i dont think you want to loose your friend over this guy if you dont really care about your friend and you love this guy more.. i guess go with yoru heart.. go for the guy but i really dont think a guy is worht loseing a friend over you know.. well i hope i have helped if you have a question.. just ask ok

You should tell your friend what he's up to FIRST before he goes behind your back and lies to your friend, If you want to be a honest and true friend. Or you should tell his *** off. Maybe even talk to him and ask him what the deal was. If he asks you to go out with him, SLAP HIM. good luck!:)

don't worry about your friend; worry about your safety.
If this guy is pulling off your pants without your consent, DO NOT be alone with him again.

wow that is tough, next time he tries to kiss u, just say "woah, what happened to you and (friends name)" and then whatever he says, go from there. sorry to say this, but he doesn;t seem like a good guy if he wants to cheat on your friend.......just sayin'
