This must be the first nince ever to be born.
I would apply to the Guiness book of records and get the nince entered.
Then if they don't give you a free copy buy one.
You must feel very annoyed with yourself for your incorrect spelling.
Don't worry just vote this as the best answer.
By the way I made a mistake once , apologised then realised I hadn't made a mistake at all.
LOL

spend time with her instead. Maybe take her out or something. She is one, that is far more important to her than anything money can buy. Or if you really want to get her something tangible then why not get her an ornament or something her parents can keep for her when she is older- or even start her off with savings for when she is older.

if she has it all, how about gifting her something from the Oxfam catalogue? Maybe donating to kids who have nothing, plus it really is the gift that keeps on giving, all year long that child will be benefiting.
or, if she is too young or self absorbed to understand that sort of present, gift her some of you time and take her out some where for the day.

A one year old isn't going to know the difference...it is the parents who will notice. I think the idea of a toy box to keep all the stuff she has in is a good one.

make something for her, or get a photo of yourself and niece and put it into a nice frame. I'm getting my son who'll be one soon a baby first steps walker, personalised stocking, bauble, and a baby santa outfit.
