i mean why should you have to pay to help other people out by answering their questions?

no i would not pay,and i do not think yahoo would be that stupid because they know that they would loose a significant number of users and then it would discourage even more people to pay because they would know there is hardly anyone to answer the questions they post
they get all the money from advertising so they do not need to charge us
and also i would not buy points,i would rather earn them the normal way and i would not waste my money so i could get to the next level or ask questions

That would depend. If they were going to use the money to pay a staff to actually review any answers that are reported to be sure that they are in violation and not just someone who doesn't agree with you then maybe I would. But if they were going to continue to let just anyone say you are in violation when you aren't then absolutely NOT.
