Can an OBGYN Tell if you are pregnant from a regular exam like feeling around in your vagina lol if you know what I mean! lol!

Depends on how many weeks pregnant your are. You could try one of the boxed tests if you need to find out.

If they're good, they can tell! My friend went for a pap one time a few years ago and the doc got to the internal and said "have you done a pregnancy test?" and my friend said no...
Well, she was definitely 4 weeks pregnant and had absolutely no idea.

yes that is part of the first exam after you find out and the can feel the size of the uterus and if there is an amniotic sack floating in there

They usually can by feeling just above your pubic bone. They can feel if the uterus has expanded.
