Triangle is an equilateral triaingle. Put two triangles so theieir bases are aligned. Then place third triangle so its base rests on the vertexes of the two triangles. This leaves a hole that the 4thh triangle when turned vertex down will fit exactly into. The result is an equilateral trianle 4 times the size of the individual triangles.

For part B do the same thing only with larger equilateral triangles.
