look in a freaking dictionary and stop wasting space with stupid questions.

to make matters worse, the ignorant answers you're getting. ooh, its a happening because it feels good. OMG! oh well, at least you can take consolation in knowing there are others like you (much to my disdain).

It is both noun and verb, expressed in speech and action, both equally valid. One without the other isn't always sufficient.

No law says it must be one or the other exclusively.
