My doctor thinks it should be an hour, however that would cut into my consumption of flavonoids in dark chocolate

1 hr a day for biking to and from work
plus 5-6 hours a day of walking through bush for work
play sports once per week
walk dog a couple of times a day.

20 minutes aerobic and 30 minutes weights or floor exercises. If I am walking, about 45 minutes.

Never, I am disabled...
However I can walk and stand for short periods of time and I do things around the house like my laundry, or dishes, or a little vacuuming...
I get tired easy and can't finish...
But that IS my exercise...
