I would use a razor blade but if you are afraid it will scratch the surface then you can get dis-solver (normally down the same isle that the super glue is in) apply this and it should liquefy the old glue.

I once got super glue off of glass, by using my dremel, I used the white fabric bit. It took a little work but it worked. Didn't damage the glass at all.

They make a product called Goo Gone and a few similar products they work Great will remove any type of adhesive

You can use a razor blade, it will no sratch the glass. It's the same as removing paint from a window.
