My husband and I have agreed on Miranda for our daughter, but we still cannot agree with a middle name. I like Grace, Elise, Claire (after my favorite cousin), Jean (after my grandmother), Olivia, or Joy (my middle name). He doesn't like any of these, and cannot come up with something that he does like. We gave our son a middle name after my husband's side of the family. I only have 14 days to go, and I am open to suggestions if you could offer them to me. I'll keep everyone updated as to what we agree on, or if I possibly get my way.

Miranda Joy is darling! And if it's your middle name, I don't see how your husband wouldn't like it. This has got to be the cutest out of your ideas, and since it has a connection to you, it'll be even sweeter.
Miranda Jean is my second favorite--another family connectoin, which is great.
I honestly can't think of any that are better than those two, or the ones on your list like Grace, Elise, and Claire. I wouldn't go with Olivia though--stick with a one-syllable middle name to go with Miranda.

Grace and Elise are popular middle names right now. I love Miranda Claire, and Amanda Joy having Miranda Joy is so cute! I also think Miranda Jean is pretty. I think you should name her after your grandma or cousin since the son is from your dad's side. Girls: you. boys: him.

My first name is Miranda. I'm glad to hear there will be another soon. My middle name is Lynn. I know that is sort of boring.
I always liked Miranda Grace and Miranda Kate.
I don't think I'd go with Elise or Olivia because then you'll have the double "uh" sound at the end of the first name/beginning of the last name.
