Yes, but not as you think of them.
"aliens" are 2 parts, reptile and the grays. The reptile ones are the actual fallen angels mention in the bible, the Nephilim (genesis). They took up wives, what we call abductions, and they bared children. Notice all the abduction items deal w/ sex, taking of kids, birth, etc. The children born are also called Nephilim and they are hybrids of angels (fallen) and human. This is why they look like they do, the grays.
The UFO's you see and hear of, there are 2 types. Glowing ones that seem to come and go. And then the metal looking ones. The glowing ones are the Nephilim, for they are angels with knowlege beyond ours. The metal ones are from the black military of many governments. The Nazi's were the first to gain this technology. After WWII, we, the USA and others stole these crafts and started to create our own.
Our government and others work w/ these "aliens" for power. They trade off the rights to take humans (abductions) in exchange for the technology.
UFO people say that these "aliens" have underground caves they live in and live under the oceans. The bible says to make no images of heaven (angels) or things under the earth (nephilim) or those under the sea (nephilim, reptiles aka fallen angels). And the UFO people in these underground bases these "aliens" breed humans and use them as food. By cooking them in big pots so they can soak in the juices and then taking the bones and organs and grinding them to dust. The dust is their food. Oddly enough, God says he will make all the fallen angels eat dust till the end of days.
The nephilim use to walk on earth, among humans. But they taught humans how to be wicked and to do things wrong. So wrong that God got angry and flooded the world, Noahs flood. Noah, being of clean line, was saved. Being clean meant his DNA line had not been altered by the interbreding of the fallen ones and the humans. This breeding is where the giants came from as well mentioned in the bible (David and Goliath) and where we see them in Egypt and other places. The largest skeleton to date is 17 ft tall.
Book of Enoch explains them well if you know the story in Genesis, etc.
They are real, but are not little green men, not from mars and are not here to be your friend. They want to rule this earth, they are the one world government, the New World Order. The All Seeing eye that you see everywhere. They will soon stage attacks and an alien invasion to make it seem like they are the good guys. In turn tricked so we fight God when he returns 2nd.
Notice the TV, news, etc is starting to do more n more UFO, alien stories, movies, etc. Its all propaganda, preparing the masses. Brain washing if you will.

Wow, some of the people above me need to stop listening to conspiracy radio.
First, I will assume you are talking about aliens in the sense as in NOT immigrants.
And the short answer is
No body knows conclusively.
Mathematically, it seems probable to out of the literally billions of stars and planets, there will be something that can support life.

have you read the news lately? Scientist just discovered a star with orbiting planets, similar to our solar system. If you can know for a fact that these other planets and solar systems exist, and still believe we are the only intelligent life forms in the entire universe, you need to reevaluate your thought processes.

Only in the imaginations or machinations of man.
However, that doesn't mean that humans should be as egocentric as to believe we are the only ones in the universe. There are other worlds of people in the vast solar systems, it is simply too large for there not to be.

I believe they do what the chance in the never ending space that there is not more life we may never see them but they exist there probly thinking the same thing.

I personally think they exist but then NASA cares more about money than giving the society enough scientific knowledge.

I'd like so much to know it!!!
you know I think we cannot be alone in the universe.. It's probably, in my opinion, that in another planet there are other forms of life.... I think it is sure... universe is so big, it'd be strange if there weren't others living in the universe...
Of course they're not like we always see in movies..... of course... but I think they exist...
