Making decisions in general is hard for me, but even when I make them I end up not following through....

I look at all the facts, and ask myself is this what I REALLY want, and ask other peoples opinions.

I find regret sucks more than actually going through with a decision. like when I was first going on roller coasters, sometimes I would be freaked out and not want to go, but I forced myself to stay in line and ride them, and now you can't keep me off rollercoasters!

relax a little and trust your instincts. live life to the fullest.

Well, I think about what would happen with different directions I would go and think about what makes more sense to me. If it is important to me, it is higher on the list of things to get done. If it isn't important, I probably won't do it. Some things require a whole lot of steps and seem very overwhelming when you initially look at it. But, if you break it down to smaller bits, it is easier to work with and to make plans. I guess you have to decide if it is worth making a change or you like things exactly as it is now. Sometimes, it is scary to make changes and that stops us. However, you could decide to look at it as an adventure and then the same thing takes on a different feel all together.

Just keep reminding yourself of the good to come with that decision.
