Yes. President Kennedy, and the USA in general have done nothing to eliminate comunism in Cuba, despite the fact that it is at 90 miles south, and fidel is a sworn enemy of the USA

Stalin murdered 20 million or so, in his war on the Kulaks and other people who resisted the lure of Communism.
