i have washed thouroughly and used antifungal cream and a cotton ball to help keep dry,

Wash it out well, use a cottonball to wash with warm salt water until you can get to a doctor.

infections can be very dangerous to the baby, especially if left untreated,... go to the doctor right away and get treated. Good Luck and Congratulations.

Go to the dr. Sounds like it is infected and if you are pregnant be careful- infections can get into your bloodstream.

sounds like an thrush to me chick, try using thrush cream and cleaning with cooled boiled water and cotton wool...should clear within few days if not see a dr x good luck x
