the fact that you can't explain it properly might be one of the reasons you are "abused".
If people have difficulty understanding someone, they immediately put them in a different category from themselves.
Make a recording of yourself and then play it back, do your words sound like the same words you hear on television everyday? If not, then work on it.
You don't say where you are, so other than that it's hard to give you an answer. Are you in the U.K., the U.S., France, Algiers, Capetown, Dehli? It makes a difference.

Would this be ALL white people or just a few? Are these people avoidable? Is there a chip on your shoulder? Are the people you're reporting to also racists? Have you ever met a white person who was NOT into racial abuse? I sure hope so!
Though what you have is very well written, I feel there is not enough information for me to give an intelligent answer. Based on the information you have, here is my response:
I know many, many white people who would be apalled at the behavior you describe, and would not tolerate it in their employees or co-workers. Therefore, the word "always" in your question gives me trouble.

First of all, you should avoid words such as "always" when phrasing questions like that, that is generalizing. I don´t abuse anybody and have never defended a bully, ever. :)
Apart from that, I feel sorry for you and you´re in a situation you shouldn´t have to tolerate. Who do you talk to when you accuse people of racially abusing you? I don´t know where you live, but from my own experience I have found that US high schools and English public schools take such bullying very seriously nowadays. There should be some sort of councellor at your school/university... Your reaction of not really getting back on the bullies and only tell them to shut up is totally okay and you should stick to that course of action or complete ignore them.
Always hard to judge from such a (online, not knowing you or the bullies) position, but rather than talking to your form tutor, see the school councellor for a proper appointment and calmly explain your situation. They have to do something about it, whatever it is.

Log in times, dates, who you talked to regarding racism, the outcome, occurrences, narratives, etc. In the meantime, just avoid those who are trying to get the best of you. I have always been the "only" one, but I've always tried to get along and do get along. It's not a good idea to yell out racism too many times because it will cause more friction. Better to be friendly than adversarial. My people were put into internment camps. Americans putting Americans in camps? Living in India doesn't sound so grand, either. Our country is the best world-wide. You should think about that, too ! You do have a choice to go home. I love America and love to be an American.

I am sorry but the same thing would happen in Bangladesh if there was a white person in your class. You just have to take it with a pinch of salt and let your classmates know what a great person you are and that race does not matter. They don't know you! You are not going to get any brownie points when you report them - that will just make the situation worse. Be the kind of person you want them to be. Don't say shut up when they tease you but something radical like wow you are right - don't let them see it bothers you.

Racism will always exist, it is ugly but it seems to be a fact of life. Although it sucks, ignoring the comments or laughing along with the people will make it easier than telling on the people making the comments. If you keep feeding the problem it won't stop, if you ignore it or act like it doesn't bother you, it might help.

Great - you did just fine. I had the same kind of problem my self in youth I'm a halfbreed white Native American person. I learned to look up to the Creator of us all. No one else was going to do anything like you stated. So it was up to me and My Creator.........always remember there is someone bigger and better looking after you ... Your God. Lots of times what goes around comes back around. There are many mountains and valleys in this old long life and the time will come when you will be on top of your own mountain...just waite. In the mean time be the best example that you can...maybe ask where is their God or do they believe in "Walking their Talk"?
May the Creator always look after you - much Light and Love your way. Shine on great one.

It's a fact of life, it's everywhere and has been around since man first appeared. Even Jesus experienced it, we all have and that includes Whites (Caucasians to be politically correct)
One just has to deal with it and not let it get to you. Many are more raciest because of fear, others because of the way their parents raised them and some don't realize it.
FACT is it's there and just look all around you, everybody and everyone has it, some won't admit and some don't see it.

You are making a generalization in absolute terms condeming all white people, so yes, you are being racist by the question.
That asside, your generalization is blatantly false. It is not socially acceptable for the evil white devils to defend eachother from accusations of racism. To do so admits racism, and racism is the ultimate sin. Even the intimation of racism can leave them socially ostricized, unemployed, and possibly even jailed.

white people are lame, that's why. i'm white myself, but i'm not proud of it. also, people generally believe that you should support people of your own race, no matter what. and if you're new to the area they probably don't know you very well but know the other person really well, so they'll want to stand up for the people they know.
it's also probably to do with where you live. where i live, we have alot of diversity so people are really open and accepting, but if you live somwewhere where it's mainly white people, they're going to be alot more close-minded because that's what they've been taught. does that make sense? i hope it does. im sorry you're getting bullied, but just take heart in the fact that someday those white kids will be old, fat and ugly haha
