She believes a woman should have the choice to abort but believes that it is very distasteful and that everything possible should be done to prevent their occurence-e.g., via education, birth control, etc. She has held this view for decades and is well documented on the subject.

I would have to say she does not agree with abortion, but does not agree with an abortion ban either.
Advocating for adoption and for abused and neglected children -- as First Lady, Hillary pushed legislation that more than doubled adoptions out of foster care.
