What if you got a really good deal on it, would that affect your answer?

Thanks!

Hell yes I would! That would be a HUGE incentive! I'd get to say I live in the house where .... was killed! Now a meth lab no but a violent bloody gory crime scene .. Oh yes!! So cool!

NO WAY! I NEVER wanna move in a house that may be haunted no matter how good the deal is.

I'm 11 and scared of ghost and spirits because in this magazine I saw this picture of a real spirit walking up the stairs of a haunted house. AHH NOW I'M SCARED

I`d pass to a various united states. I stay in the united kingdom and that i hate our long depressing chilly winters. different than for the components, the united kingdom isn't a bad place to stay tho. If the components became ok, I`d purchase a extra desirable residing house right here and stay right here.

If it was just a violent crime, yes. If someone died there, NO WAY! Do you ever watch that show "A Haunting" that comes on the TLC? Well, I do! No potentially haunted houses for this girl!

it does bother me . i'd probably rather not know that information from the real estate agent . i guess later i'd probably hear about it from neighbors though and be freaked out / irritated that my realtor didn't tell me.

i don't like the idea .. since everything you are buying in this market is a good deal .. i'd probably pass on the home and go for another one.

Well, I don't know. I'm really superstitious, so if it was like a mass murder or something I would honestly think about it for a while. If it was someone getting beaten and no death, I probably would move in.

If death was the outcome of the violent crime... not a chance in hell.

Yes. It wouldn't bother me one way or the other. Ummmm - I DO work as a criminalist - CSI - maybe that's why it wouldn't bother me. I've seen it before!

I'd do it, but I would get the house blessed by a priest, a shaman, and a rabbi first lol

No, I don't think so regardless of the price.
