some older ones has gold spraied on them.
today they are not. they have chemicals that do what gold did without spending the money. the are now made of copper in some cpus

Certain CPU's have micro-small wiring made of gold inside of them. Many IC's (integrated circuits/chips) do. But we're talking mabey picograms - very little.

To my knowledge, the pins usually are goldplated, (if we are talking about pentium/athlon/other recent series chips), and the threads that connect the pins to the actual chip are usually pure gold.
