becuase its wrong to pray for that or to do that, thats why your prayers are not answered, do right in your life and be forgiven of your sins with wanting to change. I believe you have a misunderstanding of what God is like, i would recommend you to read the Holy Bible. Starting with the New testament

Firstly you're asking for a prostitute which is adultery..., your married and even if you were not married that is sexual immorality .. Get a bible go in the index go to prayer and read all the versus and I hope that changes your perspective on what prayer is but you could pray for something that you really really want... God doesnt answer frivolous prayers such as this. He knows what is best for you and maybe a prostitute and a car isnt what he feels you need.

Maybe you're praying in the wrong place. Try praying in the street, loudly. At least half of your prayer might come true.

God is not real. He is a compensating belief that helps people cope with fear and loss. If god was real (i don't believe he is), I would assume that he would send opportunities for you to get what you want instead of just giving it to you.
