is it really worth the money? i live a busy life and probably wont get to even play it much, is it still worth it in your opinion, i want to get halo3 and bioshock!

nope wait for the next gen, they run cooler. the elite is not the cooler running one.

yes it is def. worth the money! you can get them pretty cheap now, they have one that is $279.00 and comes w/ 2 games. Its the core model though, but if you will be playing games like halo 3 and bioshock then I would suggest getting the upgraded model w/ the hard drive.

next gen xbox360 is already out. if you buy an xbox 360 today then it will be less noisy then the original 360's and also not get as hot as quick. if buy "cooler" you meant temperature then microsoft as already addressed that issue.

ps3 is better.
you should get the 40gb. its only $400(cheaper than the elite) and more reliable. killzone 2 and haze(both are ps3 exclusives) are going to be same as, if not, then better than halo 3
