There are many different fabrics, styles, and patterns available. I personally have never worn scrubs with any print/design on them whatsoever and prefer solids. I am sure you will find something to suit your needs.

Unless your employer requires you to wear Tweety bird playing the banjo your personal style shouldn't be impaired. Employers have the right to require you to wear what ever they determine.
I have been a nurse for 19 years and can honestly say that I have never worn what you describe. I come from the time of all white uniforms and caps.
There are alot of uniform catalogs available, and I have even seen scrubs at discount department stores that are reasonably priced.

Have a cute hairdo. I've been in offices where all the gals (and guys) wear the same patterned scrubs and what makes one stand out from another is their hair or accessories in their hair but first make sure if accessorizing is not breaking some sort of office dress code.

They have some cute scrubs at Wal-mart, and I believe there is also a place where they make specialized scrubs. The cutest ones I've seen were pink with bambi on them.

I know what you mean,
I went to school for addictions and community work in a school that required you to wear scrubs... wear solid colour scrubs, with a nice pair of running shoes, and accessories (not to much... it'll defeat the pupose of the scrubs... No long chains) but always make sure your hair is in a cute bun or tied back nicely... and definetly a cute pair of airmax 90

honestly its all about the hair when you are in those things, if you can make your hair look cute then you are good because scrubs are meant for getting dirty. At least they are comfortable tho!

Ah don't get a "nice short hair cut"
As if wearing the scrubs were unflattering enough
:P
Get a nice hair color
Or wear cute make up
And if possible, use cute accessories in your hair!
And make sure to get a manicure!

Ugh scrubs will never look cute, they are like wearing pyjamas to work. The only way to overcome is to make sure they aren't too big for you (the baggy look is not good) wear your hair and make up nice, and let your charming personality shine through!
