It's French. When they say "Voulez vous coucher avec moi ce soir
Voulez vous coucher avec moi" they're saying something like, "Won't you go to bed with me tonight, won't you go to bed with me tonight."
All the rest, "Gitchy gitchy ya ya ta ta" that's all made up gibberish stuff.
