2007 was the hardest of my life. I became clinically depressed, hospitalized, put in extreme therapy, under police surveillance, tried to kill myself, I slash my wrists weekly, and you know the deal. I was 16 when my life took a turn for the worst

Probably about 13 or so. I went through some serious depression but back then no one talked about teen mental health. I struggled through my early teen years and made several suicide attempts. It was not a good time in my life but fortunately I made it through and I am a stronger person for it. Now that I have a teenager I make sure that we have really open communication, something that my parents forgot I needed.

The year of my divorce. It meant a job change, a location change, making sure my children were well cared for while I worked and studied for my Masters' Degree. The stress overload was dreadful. For a time, my economic level was rock bottom. It took a year to get my feet under me again. But I survived; I was ultimately stronger mentally and emotionally and life went on. I was 33.

This current year and probably the one coming up.
I have 2 teenagers - rising taxes & interest rates, price of oil, gas, food going sky high!..working without a contract (so No raise). Things are getting tougher

02-05 24-27 I was addicted to Heroin, cocaine and alcohol.But I am clean now for almost 3 years.
