From South Altantic to South Pacific. But there is also the Southern Ocean which is thought to be along the dividing line between oceans.

Cape Horn in Chile is the southern most tip of the S. American landmass. It is surrounded by the Atlantic ocean to the East and Pacific to the West.

Therefore, if you travel west around Cape Horn you will travel from S. Atlantic ocean to S. Pacific ocean.
