id our founding fathers want a system of government where any high priced lawyer can find a loophole to get off his client who was caught red handed?
Like the guy who escaped from court, killed a sherriff shot the judge and 2 innocent people, and misused all his money only to currently have his trial suspended!

Or O.J. who orgnaized a group, went into a room defying the legal recourse.

WE NEED A NEW SYSTEM OF GOVERNMENT WHERE..
The arraingment process should be as easy as...

JUDGE ASKS:
Did you escape from court? YES OR NO?
Did you shoot the Sherriff? Yes or No?
Did you shoot other civilians? Yes or NO?

When theres overwhelming proof, it should all be settled during the arraingment.

The GUILTY shouldnt be allowed to exploit every loophole toa flawed legal system, should they?

I don't know, but I agree that our system is flawed. We give dangerous people a slap on the wrist while we put people in jail for minor possession. I think it's ridiculous!

What about punishing prosecutors and police investigators who try to convict someone that they know isn't guilty?

There's a big incentive for police and the DA to "solve" crimes by convicting someone, anyone.

The grand jury process should be made more open so that the DA and police have more oversight.
