No. No machine ever runs at 100% efficiency there are always energy losses in any system. but even in a perfect theoretical system ouput cannot exceed input due to the law of conservation of energy. Energy can neither be created nor destroyed. So the best you could do is equal the energy output and that level of generator efficiency does not exist. You would lose energy between the motor and the generator. As well, you would have losses due to friction, resistance, and magnetic field interference. Due to the magnetic field induced inside the wires of the generator, it becomes harder and harder to push the magnetic rotor through the coils. Thus it requires more and more energy to generate more and more electricity. A generator does not create energy. It only converts kinetic energy into electric energy. And it does so rather inefficiently. A motor is just a generator in reverse. It converts electric energy into kinetic energy with the same efficiency losses. But we use them because the conversion is convenient.

No.
Not Unless there is something supplying additional power to the motor/generator shaft, above and beyond that produced by the motor.
Otherwise, this would violate the first and second laws of thermodynamics. In other words, all physical processes MUST be less than 100% energy efficient.
If the generator produced more energy than the motor used, that would imply that that it was more than 100% efficient.

Note: the "law of conservation of energy" is also known as the first law of thermodynamics.

Oh - you wager! that's an incredible theory! How come no person ever seen it till now? as a count number of fact - bypass one extra desirable - make it image voltaic powered! Hook a easy bulb as much as the generator -> shine that on a image voltaic cellular and VOILA! charge the battery that runs the motor off the image voltaic cellular! How's approximately some wind capacity too! Hook fan blades ideal on the MOTOR! element the fan at a wind generator ->> WOW! much extra capacity! save hooking issues up and you will quickly have extra capacity than you may desire to ever use! Gosh! Why have not we been doing those products all alongside? in all probability a conspiracy to hide the technologies by utilising the super oil agencies in cahoots with the motor vehicle makers. geeezzzzzz .................

That would be defined as perpetual ... which is the only type of machine that the patent office will not issue a patent for.
So, if that type of motor exists, it would be a huge innovation.
