In Canada, cookies and a glass of milk.

I would also leave out carrots or some other veg for the "reindeer".

I'm in the USA, and my son and I make cookies and leave cookies and milk for him... it's a tradition, my mom and I used to do the same.

On Christmas Eve? I am sure we left him sherry and mince pies in the (not so distant) past. I am in the UK....but I am sure you know that.
