Outside London: Don't live in Harlow. A nice place but some of the residents give inbreeding a bad name.

Why dont you visit and see for yourself as there are different areas for different people .It is very easy to get round London on the tube

Depends what you like - Kingston -on- Thames and Richmond on Thames and other places around them are all good, but pricey
