If you mean crossing from Egypt (Rafah crossing) into Gaza and then from Gaza to Israel all the way to Jerusalem then I have to tell you that this might result quite difficult.
The border between Egypt and Gaza is closed most of the time now since Hamas took over. and from the Israeli side it is not different... most crossing points are closed most of the time... so even if you can make it into Gaza you'll have a hard time leaving it. And personally speaking I wouldn't recommend visiting Gaza taking the current situation in consideration.
But if all you want is reaching Jerusalem by land coming from Egypt then the logical option will be to cross directly into Israel from the Taba crossing. No need to go through Gaza.

no way in Hades are you getting out of Gaza to the Israeli side. Don t go there in the first place. Crossings into the Israeli side are mostly closed and strictly guarded. Only relief supplies are allowed into Gaza and it is very difficult to get out. If you want to go from Egypt to Israel, provided you have all the proper travel authorization, go through the Taba crossing near Eilat.
