For Rico:
I know how to write in English you imbecile. I was asking how to fix my oven which if you have any niceness to you you would have helped me answer my question unlike a service representative whom I finally called on the phone.
The answer to my question was to hit the little turn off the oven light button (in my oven) and the cancel button until the dorr lock reset itself to the unlock position.

there is a push button around the oven opening where the door would shut up against it to push it in. Try pushing that switch in first. If it does not resolve try holding or taping that switch in and then pushing the self clean button. Let the oven go into self clean for about 15 seconds then cancel the self clean. After about 2 minutes or so it will click off and should be OK... good luck

Try disconnecting it from the electric power and let sit for about ten minutes. This may reset it.
