How exciting! Yes, all of the Christmas decor and festivites will be going on, so you will be able to enjoy those. I recommend visiting the Magic Kingdom earlier in your vacation, as it will become very croweded the closer you get to Thanksgiving. Mzoppo gave you some excellent tips. Too add to those tips, purchase Crocs sandals. They are excellent for Disney parks! They are lightweight, anti-microbial, comfy, and great even on water rides. If you arrive late (i.e. after 11pm), do not check your luggage with the Magical Express. Check your own bags, load them onto the Magical Express Bus yourself and take them to your room. Average time for bags to get from the Disney service to your room is 3 hours. And if arriving late, you'll want to brush your teeth and hit the hay. So something to consider.
The rainy season is typically over this time of year, but it is Florida, so be prepared and purchase rain ponchos for everyone in your group and have them on you when you visit the parks. Weather will be a bit cooler, but check www.weather.com to be sure of current weather conditions. Disney keeps their pools at a comfortable 82 degrees at all times, so if you don't mind the brief moment of cold when you get out of the pool, you should enjoy swimming! Beaches will be colder, however, and may not be best to swim in this time of year.

Yes the decor should be in place. Take advantage of the extra magic hours in each park, especially those at night. As you enter each park pick up a map and check out which rides have fast passes. You can only have one ride at a time, once you use that fast pass get another for a different ride. Your room ticket, park ticket and if you purchased the meal plan you meal ticket will all be the same card. Bring a lanyard with a plastic sleeve to keep the card in, it will save you the worry of carrying it. You may want to consider bringing walkie-talkies so that you can split up and meet back up at a later time, and never loose contact.
We went last year November 18-26 and had a great time, but we prearranged all our meals. It was very crowded so bring an Ipod, game boy, book or something to do during the lines they will be long. You have great res truants there at your hotel and it is beautiful. YOU ARE VERY LUCKY.
If you have the dinning plan go to www.waltdisneyworld.com and check out the dinning options or call 1-407WDWDine and see what is available for meals. You will be surprised how hard it is to get in to a seat down meal.
There was a cold front last year and we were very cold so pack a jacket, just in case.
I seen that another answer tells you to avoid the extra magic hours, but you may want to reconsider that advice, only guest on Disney property can be there and the crowds do thin out. Go to your favorite ride just before closing the lines will be very low as crowds head to the gates. Rides run until the minute the park closes.

First off, I've been to FL eight times.
Here are some tips:
1. Even though it's November, it'll still be pretty warm out. Wear clothes permitting to the weather.
2. Bring comfortable walking shoes;I'd stay away from flip-flops in the parks, you'll have to walk a lot!
3. It is very humid; if it's hot expect to sweat! Buy fans, and drink lots of water while you're there.
4. From my personal expirience: If it rains, get a rain poncho. They're a little expensive, but when I went in last July (oh my gosh was it hot!) it rained every single day for at least an hour.
Enjoy your trip!

Yes, it should be warm enough to go swimming, 10 day forecast shows it should be mid to high 70's with nite time lows in the high 50's. Yes the Christmas decorations will be up since annual events begin on the 12th (see link). Definitely go see the Osborne Family Spectacle of Lights, they are marvelous. As far as tips are concerned, relax, don't rush or you will miss the magic of Disney. Try and visit downtown Disney at nite, the lights there are special too.

There probably will be up some but mostly after thanksgiving. #1 Tip, You can get customized maps (They help) just go to Disney Site.
#2 DONT GO TO PARKS WITH EXTRA MAGIC HOURS STAY AWAY they will be busy
#3 Start in the back of the park and work your way up, Take advantage of Train in Magic Kingdom,
#4 Bad Weather? Great actually to Visit Animal Kingdom; Animals are more out when its cooler, damp
#5 Dont try to do to much, it can be stressful
#6 Take advantage of fast pass, Rides that you need to use fast pass for sure (Test Drive*, Space Mountain, Expedition Everest*, Soarin*)
* MUST GO EARLY BELEIVE ME
Theres alot more but again dont over exhaust yourself, take advantage of the transportation.
Disney is the best but it also can be the worst, most people that say they hate disney is because they didnt plan it right. One way to plan it correctly is to make the Customized maps on what you must see and attack it, again always start in the back of the park and work your way up.
Must See: Stunt Show, Mission to Mars(Extreme Ride), Finding Nemo the musical and much more

I don't know if Christimas decs. will be up. They are prolly goin to be up after Thanksgiving. but if you go to disneys website they will have it posted! Right now in Florida this week it has been in the 40's. But today it has warmed up so it will be okay for swimming. If it is still cold then don't worry because only the mornings are cold then it warms up to be in the 80's. Hope you have a fun time in Florida! Also don't worry about rain for the past week and a half it hasn't rain so I think u'll be lucky and not have n e rain.
