Go to http://www.zamzar.com/url and copy/paste the URL of the YouTube vid into the box. Then click Convert to mp3 and type in your email.
A few min later they'll send you an email and you just click on the link and press Download. Then press Save and save it somewhere where you'll be able to remember.
When it's done, open iTunes and click on File > Add File to Library and click on it. It'll add it into your music section.
If you don't have iTunes, I'm sure you can add it into Windows Media Player or something like that.
Then all you have to do is insert the CD and find the Burn to CD option.

Yes. Its just that geting the files to do that will be troublesome.
